⭐ Founding 10 Districts Program

Become One of the First
10 WBLForge Districts

Founding districts get permanently locked pricing, direct influence on the product roadmap, and audit-ready WBL documentation from the first day of school.

9 of 10 founding spots remaining

Piloting first? That's exactly right.

Many founding districts start with an informal pilot — one teacher, one pathway, one semester. No purchase order required to begin. We configure your account, you run it with students, and the documentation generates automatically. When you're ready to formalize, the founding price is waiting.

Why Founding Districts

What you get as a founding partner

🔒
Price Locked Forever
$1,500/campus/year — guaranteed permanently as long as you renew. Standard pricing moves to $1,995 after the founding cohort fills. Your rate never increases.
🗺️
Direct Roadmap Influence
Your program needs drive what gets built next. Year 2 advanced scenarios, Year 3 capstone documentation, and new pathway additions are shaped by founding district feedback — not a product team that's never been in a CTE classroom.
📋
Sample Packet Before You Commit
Before you sign anything we generate a complete sample compliance packet for one of your existing CTE pathways. You see exactly what your documentation will look like before making any decision.
🚀
Live in One Week
Teachers onboarded, pathways configured, first checkpoint ready before school starts. No long implementation timeline. Most districts are running scenarios within 5 business days of signup.
📅
Years 2 & 3 Included
Founding districts receive Year 2 (advanced scenarios, job shadow documentation, mentor evaluations) and Year 3 (internship logs, capstone portfolios, employer evaluations) at no additional cost as they release.
🏆
Founding Partner Recognition
Listed on wblforge.com as a founding partner district. First access to every new pathway, state framework, and feature. Priority support channel direct to the developer.
Founding vs. Standard Pricing

Questions

Frequently asked

Does the pilot require a purchase order?
No. An informal pilot — one teacher, one pathway, one semester — requires no purchase order and no commitment. We configure your account and you run it with students. The founding price is waiting when you're ready to formalize.
Is WBLForge Perkins V eligible?
Yes. WBLForge is a CTE compliance and documentation platform that directly supports Perkins V Local Allocation requirements for work-based learning documentation, student performance data, and program improvement. Most districts purchase under Local Allocation without an RFP since the cost falls under the $5,000 threshold.
What does "audit-ready" actually mean?
Each student submission generates a complete compliance record containing: the workplace scenario description, the student's written artifact, guided reflection responses, teacher rubric scores across 5 criteria, state WBL indicator alignment, and a records retention notice. One click exports all records for a class or checkpoint as a printable packet. If ADE or your state agency asks for WBL documentation tomorrow, you hand them the packet.
How long does setup take?
Most districts are live within 5 business days. We handle the configuration — pathways, state framework, teacher accounts. Teachers need about 30 minutes of onboarding. Students need zero setup — they access scenarios through a simple link with no account required.
What if my state isn't one of the 16 currently supported?
Founding districts in states outside our current 16 frameworks get a custom state framework build included at no additional cost. We map your state's WBL indicators and documentation requirements during onboarding. This typically takes 1–2 weeks and founding districts have been our primary source for new state frameworks.
What is the food truck / Year 2 business plan scenario?
The food truck business plan is a real-world Year 2 capstone scenario built specifically for Culinary Arts programs. Students write a complete business plan for a food truck concept — concept development, menu costing, health code compliance memo, startup budget, and marketing pitch. Each component is a scorable workplace artifact tied to Perkins business and finance indicators. It's designed for dual-enrollment Year 2 students who need authentic, documentation-generating WBL work.
